If it's a condo townhome you're looking for out in the rural parts of southern Ontario (that way you can enjoy a greater sense of peace and quiet than being in a large city like Toronto), then your best bet is to go ahead and invest in any one of the Uxbridge condo townhomes for sale. Living in a condo townhome enables you to experience a higher quality of living than the average, and upon purchasing the townhome, you may also realize that the land the townhome sits on actually is not part of the purchase. The land the condo townhome sits on is owned by a condo corporation, which means that making any alterations to the townhome or the land it sits on would require it to be approved by the condo corporation first. However, in living in a condo townhome, you will be among a group of fellow condo townhome owners, and you'll also all be able to form a very welcoming, friendly community together. Owning a condo townhome will also enable you to live the lifestyle of an urban resident while being out in a more rural community, which is in itself a substantial plus, is it not?
Regardless of which of the Uxbridge condo townhomes you would choose to live in, you will find that you will be near to all of Uxbridge's amenities, and this is thanks to the major roadways that all meet up in the middle of town: Brock Street runs right through the middle of town heading east and west, while Main Street (Concession Road 7) runs through the town going north and south. However, Toronto Street and Reach Street both meet near the middle of town and both can be taken to reach other places with a good deal of rapidity. If you wish to explore Uxbridge's amenities, most of them can be found along Brock Street and Toronto Street, including a grocery store, a few fast food places/restaurants, a bank, a hospital, a pharmacy, a post office, a public library, a couple of coffee shops, and various other interesting stores. Despite being called "Toronto Street", the road does not take you DIRECTLY into Toronto, but instead passes by the Highway 404, which CAN take you directly into Toronto (in fact, all the way even into downtown Toronto, where you can check out all of the fantastic amenities of that city too).
Uxbridge is also home to a couple of golf courses, which are Mill Run Golf Club, Wooden Sticks, and Foxbridge Golf Course, as well as Wyndance Golf Club (in case you want to practice your swing). Uxbridge is also not too far from the Highway 12 (located to the east), which can easily bring people directly to the Highway 7 and Highway 407 (a toll highway) if they head south on it. If they head north, they can take an incredible daytrip across the countryside and get all the way up to Orillia, which sits at the very end of Highway 12 on the northern tip of Lake Simcoe, which has its own wonderful set of amenities. Once you've managed to successfully finish your incredible daytrip (or even weekend trip) to the other urban centers of southern Ontario, you'll have the ability to come back to the town of Uxbridge and sit back and relax in your condo townhome in the relative peace and quiet of it all; Uxbridge is a place of relaxation and comfort, and living here will allow you to be able to take total and complete advantage of it at your own personal level of whim.
